I acknowledge and accept as of now all the expenses deriving from any damage caused to the structure detected or found on my departure.
I also accept from now on any extra charge related to cleaning in the event that the apartment is left in such a condition as to require a more thorough cleaning than normal.
As specified above, I therefore authorize the structure to charge any expenses to my credit card.

I take full responsibility for the use of the pool during and after hours. I release the structure from any and all liability for any accidents resulting from its use.

I also take full responsibility for any of my guests, for accidents that may occur in the use of all the services within the residence property. There is a cost for the use of the facilities by the guests of the customers.
Customers who intend to stay overnight must inform the reception and incur a cost of € 1.50 per person per night due to the tourist tax.
The maximum number of people who can stay overnight corresponds to the number of beds in the apartment.
